In one such case that has come to light now, Bhanu Kiran, and a tv anchor who posed as the wife of a NRI couple who owned 25 acres land in Mahabubnagar district, went to the registrar office, and tried to get the land registered in a benamis name. When that did not work, they threatened the NRI couple Sunitha-Sandeep Reddy.
