After Bulandshahar, another government hospital in Balia in Uttar Pradesh is found to employ cleaners as part-time doctors. This time a cleaner is seen administering stitches on an infant without surgical gloves and fundamental hygienic procedures being followed. To make matters worse, the cleaner is also caught on camera bragging about his 'medical skills'.
