Description:
Over a week has passed since Pritam, a 26-year-old man, was murdered, but no action has been taken yet. He was found butchered around nine kilometres from the point he was said to have gone missing. To make matters worse, the Railway Minister Mukul Roy has begun a shocking blame-game and has passed the buck on to the Bihar government claiming that it is a law-and-order issue and does not come under his jursidiction.
