Description:
Clearly on the backfoot, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh appeals to the opposition to 'cooperate' with the government in order to ensure smooth functioning of the monsoon session. Claiming that the government is willing to answer any query in the proper forum at the allocated time, the Prime Minister in essence pleaded for the impending storm in the Parliament to roll away. Facing heat within the UPA alliance and from the NDA-led opposition, the government will have to weather yet another stormy session in Parliament.
