Description:
On Market View, Jim Walker, Founder & MD, Asianomics gives his views on the Indian market. The expected GDP growth was 4-6 percent but it may not meet its fiscal target for FY13. He says foreign investors looking at the market in India are concerned. On the bright side, the Indian market is faring better than China and the rupee may gain. However, Walker is concerned about the government policy paralysis in India which is keeping FII away, and the high oil and fertiliser subsidies.
