Description:
The CAG report states that scam in allotment of coal blocks between 2005 and 2009 is worth over Rs 1.86 crores. And this is bigger than the 2G spectrum scam. And the man who was in charge of coal ministry then was the Prime Minister himself. The CAG report tabled in the Parliament states that in the allotment of 120 blocks, many private companies had benefited at the cost of the exchequer. Another CAG report talks of losses in civil aviation and power ministry. The CAG submitted three reports.
