Thousands of North-Eastern people arrive in Guwahati from Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and other metropolitan cities across India. The special trains ferrying the panic-stricken North-Eastern Indians arrrived in Guwahati early this morning. The people have left their jobs, loved ones and livelihoods behind in an attempt to secure a 'safe' future. The passengers seem relieved to be back in their home state. The mass exodus from India's metropolitan state's continue amidst rumours of a possible post-Ramzan ethnic clash between the Muslims and the North-Eastern people. A lot of these people claim to have been threatened.
