Vijayawada Live is a dial-in programme currently airing on TV1. It is a dial-in live show which deals with civic issues plaguing the region. Everyday two guests appear on the show to answer the callers questions and queries. Vijayawada is the third largest city in Andhra and boasts a large number of industries and educational institutes. The city is also one of the most politically active areas in the state, and has amazing public transportation systems. This shows covers issues like Walmart setting up a branch, buses stuck in ditches, powercut issues, sexual harrassment problems in the city, construction of roads, and exclusive interviews with the people making news.
