Film maker Ekta Kapoor says she feels quite honored and proud to be chosen as the Woman of the year. Actor-director Farah Khan, who is part of the IMC Ladies Wing's jury, says she is proud of Ekta and is the most deserving candidate for the title. She also goes on to talk about her upcoming dramedy, Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi which is the first Indian drama-comedy, where she has debuted as an actor.
