In the segment of Star Samayal, Chef Vijayakumar teaches you how to make an Arabian dish called 'dawood basha'. Ingredients used are tomato paste, onions, mutton keema, ginger, salt, garlic, oil, althaea spice, white pepper, cream, coriander powder, parsely leaves and butter. Firstly, he mixes the minced meat with white pepper, garlic, althaea spice, parsley leaves and salt. Then he sautes garlic and onions and adds tomato paste, salt, white pepper, althaea spice and water to the pan and cooks for some time. As a final touch, he adds fresh cream, butter and parsley leaves.
