Chetana team visits Paidimamba Colony, Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam, where the government had promised houses for the poor, which were under construction but came to a standstill. Now the people don't know if the houses will ever be finished, and pour their hearts out about their problems. They say they gave them land to build houses, but were told that the Railway department put a stay order on the construction 12 years ago, and nothing is being done.
