Devatha Darshan is a devotional programme on Sri Sankara TV where the viewer is taken on a spiritual journey visiting shrines in various states including Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. In each episode of Devatha Darshan, a viewer gets to visit two temples each and get to know their history, the festivals and special aspects of the shrines. This programme gives the viewer a chance to awaken their spiritual side by taking a virtual pilgrimage of ancient temples. Devatha Darshan gives an insight into not only the architechtural aspects of a particular shrine but also enlightens the viewer on the origin, the beauty of sculptures, the spiritual existence and its relevance to our history. The entire programme is narrated with a soothing voiceover to give the viewer a blissful experience. This programme is for anyone who has not been able to visit a particular shrine or someone who wants to makes a virtual revisit to a shrine.
